| Submission of abstract | Participants can submit their abstracts for oral/poster presentation under different themes of the symposium. Please use this template for preparing the abstract. |
| Oral / poster presentation | A duly constituted committee will evaluate the abstracts for oral/poster presentations, which will be published in the ‘Book of Abstracts.’ Best oral and poster presentations will be awarded, and the participants will receive certificates of participation/presentation. The dimensions and template for poster will be communicated to the registered participants through email. |

| Mode of payment | 1. Register on PAYUOH by providing your full name (same name should be used for registration), email address, mobile number, and password. 2. Login using the email address as the username and password. 3. Click ‘Pay Now’ and agree to the ‘Refund Policy,’ and then click ‘Proceed.’ 4. Please select the below from the dropdown menu: Purpose of Payment: Registration Fees for Seminars/Conferences/Workshops Minor Head: Registration Fees for Seminars/Conferences/Workshops Payment for: International Symposium on Plant Biology and Functional genomics (ISPBFG 2024) 5. Fill the remaining columns and click ‘Submit.’ 6. Confirm the details and note down the ‘UoH Transaction Number.’ This is important! 7. Click ‘Submit.’ The browser will redirect to SBIePay portal for enabling the payment. 8. Make the payment and download the receipt. 9. The receipt needs to be uploaded on the Google Form: Google Form. |

| Accommodation | Due to non-availability of guesthouse, on-campus accommodation cannot be provided by the organizers. The participants shall explore different hotels near the University of Hyderabad for their convenient stay. Conveyance shall be arranged (pick-up and drop-off) from the nearby hotels by the organizers. |
